Right to keep and bear arms
Thumbs Up

Is the right of any individual to the possession, use and transport of weapons for defense, sports and hunting (as a means of survival or sport) without prejudice to other legal activities that could be done with them.
This right is generally associated with the United States of America, where, with few limitations by law, is fully recognized. But in reality its origins are older and its original interpretation different from today.
The original phrase in English, is "right to bear arms." The verb "bear" polysemic, equivalent here to "carry."
The Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States picked up the right to bear arms in their interpretation both in medieval and modern.
The Ninth Amendment says that no law can violate citizens' rights previously recognized. That is, as the right to bear arms existed before the Amendment (and before the independence of the United States) can not be violated.
