British scientist Stephen Hawking, known astrophysicist, says that the new theories of science make redundant the role of a God of the universe. Just as Darwinism eliminated the need for God in the field of biology, physics is the same.
Argument against Newton
In his new book, entitled in English 'The Grand Design' ('The Grand Design') and coming out to bookstores September 9, a week before the Pope's visit to Britain, Hawking argues that modern science does not leaves room for the existence of a creator God of the Universe.
In his book, written with the American physicist Leonard Mlodinow, Hawking rejects, as the advancement of journalism, Isaac Newton's hypothesis according to which the Universe can not be out of chaos thanks only to the laws of nature but there had to be God intervened in creation.
According to Hawking, the first blow to that theory was the observation in 1992 of a planet spinning in orbit around a star other than our Sun
"That makes the matches of the planetary conditions of our system, the happy combination of Earth-Sun distance and solar mass are much less singular and not as decisive as evidence that the Earth was carefully designed (by God) for solace humans, "Hawking writes.
Multiple universes
According to Hawking, who was until last year a professor of mathematics at the University of Cambridge, a post he held in his day Newton himself, is likely to be not only other planets, but also other universes, that is a multiverse.
In view of the scientist, if the intention of God was creating man, those other universes would be fully redundant.
The well-known atheist biologist Richard Dawkins welcomed the conclusion seems to have reached his colleague Hawking: "It's exactly what we say we. Do not know the details of physics, but I've always suspected."
In his book, Hawking does not exclude the possibility of life on other worlds and states that physics is about to develop a theory of everything, a single framework capable of explaining the properties of nature.
That's something, remember 'The Times', which physicists have been searching for since the time of Einstein, but so far has been impossible to reconcile quantum theory, which accounts for the subatomic world with gravity, which explains the interaction of objects on a cosmic scale.
Hawking adventure called M-theory, a proposition which unifies the various superstring theories, achieved that goal.
"The M-theory is the unified theory that Einstein dreamed. The fact that we, human beings that we are just sets of fundamental particles of nature, we are already so close to understanding the laws that govern us and govern the universe is a triumph, "writes astrophysicist.

"But this time, 1836 to 1839, I had begun to see, gradually, that the Old Testament from its manifestly false history of the world, with its Tower of Babel, the rainbow of signal, etc., Etc., And from attribute to God the feelings of a revengeful tyrant, was no more trust the sacred books of Hindus, or beliefs of any barbarian.
