CHAPTER I: THE DUTIES OF USERS

1. Read and adhere to the rules described here and those specified elsewhere in this forum.
   
2. No Spam: it is forbidden things like how well, at last, great contribution, etc. (that's maybe you can give: you, reputation or rate the subject.) These messages are erased.
   
3. No advertising: Advertising is forbidden to sell any product or service in the message area or signature.
   
4. No Pornography: photos or videos is forbidden porn.
   
5. No disrespectful behavior: it is forbidden to insult and generally disrespect to anyone on this forum.
   
6. Fear not hacker, cracker, etc: it is forbidden to talk about illegal techniques.
   
7. In this section the preferred language is english: The user of another language can use some online translator at the foot of the translated message, quote the same in their language of origin.
   
8. One account per user.
   
9. To put on your signature links have to be at least 2 threads or 2 posts.
   
10. Duplicate items are not allowed, the user must look up the subject of interest before starting one.
    
11. Do not post topics or messages copied from other forums. It will be the sole responsibility of each user.
    

CHAPTER II: OF SANCTIONS

• We reserve the right to edit, move, delete, or close topics or posts that violate the chapter on the duties of users, at our discretion and without prior or subsequent explanation. Also by a complaint from another user or person who feels aggrieved.
  
• Will be banned (suspended) immediately users with 2 or more accounts.
  
• Failure to comply with these rules means punishment: for the 1st time you just have a warning, a penalty will have 2 times for 3 expulsion for a time and four final expulsion.
