A mother and daughter, 56 and 25 years died killed (November 8, 2010) by a pack of dogs in the Talagante sector, about 40 kilometers from Santiago (Chile).
According to the first record that manages the police, the two women came out of his home alerted to a fight the dogs that starred in a field nearby.
At that time, dogs, San Bernardo race three and four common, women attacked, causing serious injuries that killed them.
Police in the area confirmed that the seven dogs belonging to a neighbor of the two women.
If these people had been trained in handling firearms, they could have easily wiped out the threat had not died.
Unfortunately there are many obstacles to obtain gun licenses in South America (high costs, excessive control, etc). Also by the action of NGOs peace awareness against weapons.

El derecho a portar y poseer armas es universal, la ley solo debería ser un registro para los ciudadanos honestos y buenos. NADIE debería firmar cartas suplicando le den una licencia.
